The property has a fantastic location that’s near train stations, konbinis, and even 24/7 restos (eg Sukiya). There’s even a drug store just across (I had a migraine attack during my stay and I was thankful I didn’t need to go far to get painkillers). If you’re into running, you can head to the riverside for a pretty scenic run. Room had enough space to open 2 luggages on the floor which I appreciate. You can store them under your bed after you nest. All info you need, including check-out reminders are on the TV screen which I found super convenient. They also provide a new set of toiletries every other day. There’s also a washing machine and dryer downstairs as well as a small store for snacks and other items. Ice is free as well. Checking in and out was a breeze via a machine, but there’s also the staff who can assist you. I left my luggage at the hotel in the morning after checking out and continued exploring the Asakusa area before my flight. Getting to Narita is just 2 train rides away if I’m not mistaken which was very convenient. Would definitely book again if I’m back in the area.

APA Hotels are probably one of the best options in Tokyo in terms of value for money. This particular hotel is located right across Kuramae train station so you won't miss it. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are in the area, and it's about 20 min walk to Sensoji temple. The room had anything one might need (I even spotted a disposable hair clip!) and despite the size it was designed pretty well with an extra space under the bed for your luggage. The room lighting and AC control panel is built in bedhead which is really convenient. My room faced a busy street and yet I didn't have any trouble sleeping at night and I'm a light sleeper. Staff was friendly and helped me with checking in and out (they have machines for that). They can also keep your luggage for free but keep in mind that early check-in is charged 1000¥ per hour.

The room, although small, was very clean and well-equipped with a desk, fridge and kettle. Fresh towels and supplies were left at my door daily. The room's heating and cooling was very responsive. My room was very bright, with two windows and a nice view. The bed and quilt were the comfiest I have ever slept in at any hotel or at home! Bliss! The staff were lovely. The location was excellent - quiet, but right next to Kuramae station, with easy access from there to Asakusa and the Ginza line for the airports, Shibuya, Ueno and other places. Short walking distance to many kombini, cafes and restaurants, and near the river. Lots of sights like Senso-ji shrine nearby. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the 9 days I spent here, and I never lacked things to do.

The hotel was excellent and great for value of money. Even though the rooms were smaller, the attention to detail and the maximising of space made it very comfortable and cosy. It had all the amenities you needed, and is in very short walking distance to 24 marts, eateries, and train stations. We walked to various locations with no issues in Asakusa (Tokyo Sky Tree and Senosji Temple). Most trains also stopped at the Kuramae Station which was right opposite this hotel! This made it extremely easy once we arrived! Staff were great and professional. If you’re looking for a low budget option as a couple, this hotel might be for you.

Staff were very helpful. I needed to extend my stay by one day, and they helped me quickly. They change sheets/clean once in three days, which is also great. Provides fresh supplies (towels, cups, coffee packets etc.) daily. Good facilities for a small-sized room. Breakfast had both dining and take-away options. Its' at a separate café, around 100m away but it was very convenient and staff was very helpful. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and calming and there are few good sight-seeing opportunities nearby Asakusa. Enjoyed my stay.
